Gymkhana Grid’s popularity is continually on the up, with more and more drivers being attracted to its relatively simple, yet hugely competitive nature. Comprising of little more than a series of strategically arranged corner markers and a stopwatch, gymkhana is hugely addictive and drivers can often be spotted doing everything they can to constantly better their last time.

With the sport providing such a large amount of fun for relatively little outlay it’s no wonder that its appeal has spread worldwide, with Gymkhana Grid events having been held in France, Spain, Hungary and Germany this year alone. This coming weekend sees Gymkhana Grid head to Silverstone, the home of British motorsport, alongside the always entertaining British Touring Car Championship.

The competitors will be fighting for a chance to battle Monster Energy legends Ken Block and Vaughn Gittin Jr at the Gymkhana Grid Final – Team Japspeed drivers Brett Castle and Paul Smith will be competing in the Japspeed 2JZ Lexus and 1.5JZ S15 and will definitely give it their best shot!
