Team Japspeed are thrilled to announce our partnership with KW Automotive UK Ltd! Since 1995 KW have built up an enviable reputation within their field, as a brand you can rely on for quality and performance, even under the most demanding of race conditions.

KW have pioneered extensive testing procedures for their products, and use a team of 14 R&D engineers to maintain continual development of their existing range. This brings innovative features for the industry and motorsport.

 It doesn’t just end with the already impressive in-house development. KW also have a collection illustrious partners within motorsport who also help to further their intense R+D program.

 This is what makes the brand so special, and what gives racers an edge when every millisecond counts! They use KW to call upon this experience and so their drivers and teams can have the upmost faith in their vehicles when they are driving to and beyond the limit.

Due to this deep-rooted passion for motorsport, KW have created the KW competition range. A team was formed in the KW Motorsports department to help meet and cater for the demands of motorsport teams, ranging from amateur teams, through to FIA Touring cars. Tested and raced around the world, including outright wins from 2006 to 2009 at the Nurburgring 24hr by Manthey Racing, really does prove they are built to perform. Everything from the design, construction and testing is overseen by the team at KW Motorsport. The 2 way and 3 way kits are now highly sought after as one of the ultimate racers tools in his arsenal.

We will be drawing upon KW’s in-depth technical knowledge and support. Along with using their fantastic 2 way suspension kit on our new Civic Cup race car. We are currently preparing a Honda Civic EP3 Type R to compete in the Civic Cup, a full ground-up build is underway as we have decided to step into the world of grip racing as well as the drifting that we are so well known for.
