Making a purchase could not be Easier. Just browse our Catalogue, Simply 'click' on any of the items that you wish to buy & put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Order' tab & you will be asked for a few details to enable us to process your order.

Prices and Payment

We accept payment by Credit / Debit Cards over the 'phone, by Bank Transfer & we also take PayPal.

Please note - All Prices Shown Include Vat & Free Delivery within the UK. Export customers can see the cost without VAT & customers buying in the UK can see what they will pay without any hidden charges. There are also No surcharges applied for various payment methods. The Price You See is the Price You Pay!

Please be aware some shops quote their prices without Vat, which will need to be added at the end of the purchase, making them appear cheaper- some will even add a surcharge for payments and handling of goods.

Delivery Information

We Only ship within the UK. Please contact us if outside the UK for further information.

Delivery Schedule - We ship your order right away, typically we aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. For Export orders, we will give you the choice of delivery by Air or Sea freight. Any delays will be notified by email.

Orders - if at Anytime the item you require is not in stock we will email you immediately to advise when the item will become availalbe or offer you the choice to be refunded, should you prefer.

Inclusive TAX

Tax Charges - For orders made within the UK 15.00% VAT is already added. All other orders outside the EU are VAT free & you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero if you are in this category.

Security

Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure sales computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Other Information

Privacy Policy - Japspeed Do Not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item to store delivery addresses if the address book is used & to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy - All items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged & in a saleable condition. Only a credit note will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note:

Any goods found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase will be repaired and where this is not possible, replaced. Please be aware that Japspeed will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for replacement of parts found to be faulty.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Remittance Terms Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.
