This high quality stainless steel manifold will replace the standard cast iron unit.
CAD designed for optimum gas flow, it allows exhaust gasses to exit the turbo faster, therefore speeding up spool up time and reducing turbo lag.

This new design is the best I had found about the gas exhaust fluido-dynamic (minum loss gives from his design and the different cilinders gas processed in the same way before the turbine).
It gives an great idea of torque's curve without peaks.
The only problem you could find is if you have an LHD Silvia, like I have. In this case you need to modify the line from the ABS and the Brake-Pump.
